Take deep breaths and count to 10
Exercise: walk, do jumping jacks, squats, jog, workout video, weight training, etc.
Listen to music
Sing and dance
Journal!!! Daily thoughts, gratitude, poetry, etc.
Read
Touch grass, sit in the sun, soak up the rain
Call a loved one
Meditate or general mindfulness

Watch something lighthearted
